I'm having problems with some websites that use accents or special characters such as Ç returning invalid characters such as: P�blicos = Públicos I know I must use Unicode encoding to solve this though, where I do the exchange of encoding in Firefox 15.0?? Thanks for the help!

hello CChaves, press f10 in order to bring up the menu bar in firefox - there you can select unicode in the view menu > character encoding
