how can i stop marked junk messages coming into my inbox unjunked??
firstly have marked many messages as junk and dragged them into Junk and deleted. Repeatedly they arrive back into my inbox with junk status removed. Secondly many messages come and go immediately into deleted or junk which are messages I wish to receive into inbox. help everything seems to be jumbled.. or perhaps it's me.

hello alison39, are you referring to mozilla's thunderbird e-mail client? firefox is just a webbrowser...
you are quite right - it is thunderbird.
