Addons.mozilla.org and outlook.com do not display correctly with addons disabled

I have tried restarting firefox in safe mode, and then I checked the option to permanently set all options and user settings to default and I still cannot view the firefox addons page, (CSS) and anytime I try to login to Hotmail or Outlook I get a completely blank white page. I have disabled all of my addons and went through each of the about:config settings trying to pinpoint the problem, but could not fix it, (Very frustrating), I have read that Adblock Plus and noscript have done this but I have whitelisted these domains as well as disabled all addons so it must be something else. Any ideas on how I can get these pages to view correctly? I also have cleared the cache, cookies, etc many times, this has been going on for a while only in firefox. i have changed some settings so if someone could look at my changes and tell me which to change back i would appreciate it. Also, I used to have a Noscript Bar at the bottom of the page (which I used to toggle on and off scripts) and that has completely dissappeared, (i have since disabled noscript completely.)

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
