Subject: Firefox within Android (No support for UK users.. still?)

A problem:

No Google UK searching from address bar or search bar.

A 2nd problem:

Disabling all other search engines and leaving the Add-on Google UK search engine enabled does NOT fix this.

A 3rd problem:

All links opened in Firefox default through Google.com rather than UK even though I'm in the UK.

A suggestion:

Please make Google UK available to me/us of the UK in all future releases of Firefox and stop leaving us (AND THE SWEDISH) out of it. It makes no sense.

Alternativly:

Does anyone have any working fixes for the Android Firefox released January 2012.

You can use http://mycroft.mozdev.org/ to add search engines that you would like to use. There are several hundred search engines listed at the site with many regional variants.

Mozilla localizations are a volunteer effort. If you are interested you can read about the various teams and how the process works at https://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n
