I can't use Insight Software's ShortKeys program with Firefox, but it works with IE without problems.

I am a community moderator for a particular website and use Insight Software's ShortKeys program to send macros to the screen to answer questions, educate the community, etc. Everything was working fine in a previous version of Firefox until my computer crashed and I had to purchase a new computer with Windows 7. I have the most recent version of Firefox (9.0.1) and the most recent version of ShortKeys (3.2.0.1). I can not send any text macros to the screen using Firefox, but I can with Internet Explorer without any problems.

Insight software has been unable to help me. They claim that they can use their software with Firefox just fine. I have disabled all add-ins and plug-ins, yet it still won't work.

Any ideas?
