That is probably done on purpose, but some things you can try

1. turn off javascript Tools > Options > Content > (turn off Javascript)
2. turn off page styling View > Page Style > none

Does not solve the problem.

I tried both.

Try to save the images via Tools > Page Info > Media if you can't do it via the web page.

I do not understand.

Do you see those images in the list if you open the Tools > Page Info > Media tab?

If you select an image in that window then you can click the Save button to save it.
It is possible that other elements cover that image and prevent you from saving it on the web page.

I do not think I have explained the problem very well.

Unable to select vertical images to insert in my photo card design. The image all appear but the "add image" button is not visible. Please see attachment.

The site seems to be a little Buggy to me... When i reach the end of page and i scroll down, it still keeps Scrolling down and starts showing blank page at the bottom.

-> click Firefox button and click Options -> Content -> place Checkmarks on:

• Load Images Automatically -> click Exceptions... button -> type greetingcarduniverse.com and click Allow -> Close Exceptions... window
• Enable JavaScript

-> click Firefox button and click Options -> Privacy -> History section -> Firefox will: select "Remember History"

-> Click OK on Options window -> Restart Firefox

If you look at the image I uploaded you will see that vertical images do not show the "add image" in blue. I can not see the add image button on all vertical images.

Uploading is not a problem.

Can you post the steps to take to show the page with the problem that shows in your screenshot?

I want to put a sample photo in the photo card.

I can put horizontal image in the photo cards with no problem because I can see the add image that appears in blue below the sample images. Vertical images do not have the the add image button in blue visible, so I can click on the button and add the the image to the frame.
