Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

thank you since you've given me this reply and what I need to do to fix this issue has helped thanks heaps as I am pretty much computer illiterate. just one other thing totally away from computers the image of the cat. how did you know I'm a cat servant LOL again thanks for your help
