Untill last week I could twitter without problems. Now my twitterpage is not fully loaded. I can see only the top-banner saying: Home, Profile, Messages, Who te follow and my account-name. The rest of the page is blank. I can't click on any of the displayed items. What can I do to make it function again? All other pages load without problems.

Try running Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox. If it functions properly in that configuration, then one of your add-ons is the culprit.

Also, update Java via Windows Control Panel | Java | Update Now.
