If you are trying to download firefox, make sure you use the official site: http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/ After you click the download button, a page should appear saying "Your download should automatically begin in a few seconds, but if not, click here." As it says, the download should start after a few seconds, but you can click where it says "click here" to force it to start. If it's still not working, try the FTP servers: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/latest/ Go into ''win32'' if you're using Windows (''mac'' for Mac OS X and ''linux-i686'' for Linux) and select the language you want. It's the the big file, not the ''.asc'' file you want. I hope this helps.
