Until recent updates gmail worked normally but over the last several updates the screen is now impossible to read. In Safari gmail is still readable, This seems like a settings problem or a bug. Does anyone know if others are having the same problem or how to try to fix it,, or report it?

Looks like the problem is that you're really zoomed out. In the search bar on the right hand side, it says "20%." If you click on the number, it will reset it to the default of 100%.
