Dear Sir/Madam, I was advised on your Firefox browser that my main username and password required updating, and after executing the update, I realized that I have lost all of my saved usernames and passwords. It is really frustrating when you lose track of usernames and passwords. If you cannot recover them, I would suggest using password recovery tools or contacting support for help. They should be able to guide you through the process.
