My two colleagues can still use this function but I can only use it on my own laptop.

What can I do to make the marking seeable for my colleagues as well as myself? We have tried updating and restarting which does not solve our problem.

In the compose pane, when you highlight text and change color, does the color appear to you? Is this a windows computer?
