Hello there , try to switch from browser for a while and taught and try to restart the Thunderbird program try to sign in again and sign out.

check account setting and go to the server setting in there , check the setting are the same .check the vpn service(scans) , turn and switch these on and off -try to receive mail. If it s possible ,try to switch the on and off button from the list where Thunderbird is trusted.
