Cannot post a comment to Yahoo lately, "Your comment failed to publish. Retry" I can post if I use Microsoft Edge, I don't want to use Microsoft Edge or another browser to post on Yahoo. Any ideas how to fix this?

Try clearing site cookies and disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Does it still happen in Troubleshoot Mode?
