Since it prints fine for thousands of others, we cannot attempt to fix what apparently isn't 'broke.' Please provide some specifics and maybe someone here can assist.

Thanks for the response. Running windows 10 Pro, with Thunderbird 102.4.1 and thunderbird was working fine until this last update. When I want to print I go to File, print and now it does nothing, no error message, nothing. No changes in apps/virus/firewall, etc., Thoughts? Thanks

Puzzling. All I can suggest is to disable antivirus and repeat install over the top of what you have, assuming that prior install was somehow interrupted by other software. But I am no guru on all the internals of Thunderbird. Anyway, that is what I would do. Good luck.

Help/More Troubleshooting, scroll to the bottom, click 'Clear saved print settings', restart TB, see if it prints. If not, try the printer troubleshooter in W10 Settings.
