IMAP folders from Fastmail do not appear in thunderbird

I recently started using Thunderbird. I did all the normal stuff to install my cloud email address and my fastmail email address. I was concerned that a random selection of IMAP folders appear in thunderbird. I use many server side email rules in fastmail and the folders that have all my email do not appear in thunderbird. I am not sure if this is a thunderbird issue or a fastmail issue. All the IMAP folders appear in MailMate and AirMail and Apple Mail on the same Mac. Thanks

Try highlighting the account name in left sidebar and click 'subscribe', as there may be folders that were not automatically connected.
