Ok so TB did another update without letting me know and again it has deleted all my files and folders HOW DO I GET THEM BACK!!!! Open TB, click on help menu, click troubleshoot nothing happens. Now what?

Forgot to add.... Click on menu in top right corner, nothing, i read as you open TB hold Shift, nothing.
