Firefox 100 - inadequate testing
I updated my kubuntu (20.04) a couple days ago. When I start my session, firefox has completely ignored my existing 50 or so tabs, and start with a blank page. The only way I have found is to rm -r .mozilla and rsync it from the backup I created before the update.
I've now had to do this three or four times, so it is consistent, not a one-off. This is a bug.

Hi
If you go to edit your desktop shortcut, does it have "%u" at the end of it?
In the application launcher, yes, it is firefox %u. Unless it needs quotes around it - this is as originally installed, and worked fine, until the other day's update.
You can try Firefox from the official Mozilla server if you currently use a version from the repositories of your Linux distribution to see if it behaves differently.
