I can not connect to espn+ to watch ACC basketball or any other game

I can not connect to a espn+ though direct tv . I have contacted espn and direct tv they can not see a problem it is with firefox. I am watching it on a laptop on a fast conection. I can contect and watch on edge but I prefer firefox. I have tried cookie and cache removal. James Ernest Jones urofch@hotmail.com

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
