Please advise what I need to do to make Firefox work again. Have not changed any settings. I noticed it had stopped working as I was listening to radio via web, and there was sudden silence. Then discovered I could not update ANY websites, not just the one for the radio program. The web pages simply do not load, and they do not stop trying to load. However 0 wrong with internet connection, can browse without any problems using Microsoft (ugh).

Thanks, Seburo. This didn't work the 1st 2 times I tried, but now it has!!!! So what went wrong is still a mystery, but at least I can now use the Internet again w/out Microsoft!
