Thunderbird inbox scrolling speed is too fast (91.2.1)

Since recent updates (I'm on 91.2.1 32 bit) the gesture-scrolling (two finger drag) with my Windows 10 laptop's touchpad is much faster than before, and I'm finding it too fast to control. If this is an intentional change, can it be toggled off?
