Am locked out of a cancelled Firefox account and Mozilla VPN within because of lost 2-Factor Authentication, BUT ALSO.. I am locked into monthly payments for the Mozilla VPN subscription that I thought I had also cancelled. I know of no Customer Support contact person or entity for stopping the VPN charges and cancelling the VPN subscription. Other people have written about being in this situation and have been helped to solve it. I very much need help on this! Please help me! And thank you all so much for helping people like myself!

Li3Le4Ren2 here replying -- problem solved. Mozilla VPN cancelled my account because it could not collect future payments. Before posting the call for help I logged into my bank and contested the charge ($4.99). That began a process which will take weeks to conclude. It appears that Mozilla was rejected when making the next month's charge, as a result of my checking a box on the bank's complaint form that said I did never wanted a subscription. End of Story! Thanks for reading this -- to anyone who has done so!
