sending message failed A PKCS #11 module returned CKR_GENERAL_ERROR, indicating that an unrecoverable error has occurred. The configuration related to smtp.office365.com must be corrected.

When i tried to get into admin office 365 it said I needed to be a student or business.

I tried looking up pks11 modals and got the same.

help!

Same with business O365, issue starts with TB91.

ok I got this solved somehow.

Following advice from another troubleshooting answer. I placed test.outlook365.com into my email address form IT asked for my password to outlook.com After that I could send email to anyone. I don't know how or why It wasn't working. But it is now.
