Firefox 89 update - please provide functionality in Firefox to put the tabs below the URL address bar

Firefox updated to version 89.0. I worked through most of the issues that bugged me. Thank you to those who previously posted questions/solutions. However, i still have not found how to fairly easily move the tabs below the URL address bar (e.g. without modifying code, hacks, etc). Firefox developers, please provide the functionality in Firefox to do this. Thanks!

Tabs have not been below the address bar for quite a few years now, but this may be something that is considered for inclusion in a future update.
