Why can't I get help from an actual Mozilla help desk PERSON???

Idk, did you pay for this product?
Mozilla provides a service, a product that is supposed to be better. I don't pay directly for the product but they must get paid somehow... You know, like "free" television broadcasts. Nobody is going to provide a service to this many people without getting paid for it. If your service is supposed to be better that should also include better help for those who try to use the service when they have a problem. If you think you aren't paying for it somehow when you use it, you're dreaming. Way to many people think it's alright to have a computer and a bunch of menus to provide some sort of "help" but I find that it is not helpful because the computer programs are never smart enough to actually understand what the problem is and so I end up trying to re-phrase my problem over and over until I finally want to just dump their product and go to something that I can get some actual help with. I feel the same way about having a computer answer that I do having someone answer who is nominally an "English" speaking person but who's accent is so unusual that they might as well be speaking gibberish. Help that doesn't help is not help at all. So your response does not help in any way shape or form. I suppose it does make you feel superior though so I guess that's good in your mind. So, thanks for nothing.
Hi,
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.
How can I help?
I want to know how to get it back to the appearance I had before the latest update. The only alternatives I could find are "Themes" and the only one that was darker than eye wateringly bright is dark and that makes the whole screen dark and the text white. There's one theme that makes the tool bar a very pale grey and the address bar also a very pale grey. I want those to be a darker grey and the overall background to be the pale grey that the tool bar is now. I'd also like to put the address bar back above the tabs that are open. Can you explain how to do these things, or even part of them so that I can follow it? Thanks for trying Chris
Hi
Tabs have been above the address bar for many years now and there is no supported alteration that can be made in that.
For different colour schemes, I recommend that you check out https://addons.mozilla.org/.
