Hello, Possibly since an automatic update on Wednesday, when I want to reply to or send an email I must enter my password. Somewhere on one of these forums it suggested I delete my password then re-enter it. This works until I turn off my computer then restart it when I have to repeat the performance. Any ideas on how I can cure this ? Regards, Paul.

When entering password, did you select the checkbox which tells Password Manager to remember the password?

Do you have any program like CCleaner on your computer? If yes, then it is possible it is deleting/cleaning up session and password files. Please note that some Anti-Virus products offer a similar clean up facility. Do not allow these products access to any thunderbird file or folder.

Hello and thank you. Yes I checked the box. I don't know what anti virus is on this computer. I could look later, however it only started doing this after some sort of firefox update. Regards, Paul.
