Firefox did an auto update yesterday on my computer and it changed some of the format of my Thunderbird email program. I do not like it and want to put it back

When Firefox updated yesterday, it changed the format of our Thunderbird email program. I am having trouble finding some the common things I use. I did find some of them, but even when I added them to task bar, such as our favorites list, I still have to go through about 3 steps to get to my folders within favorites and then another step to find the save as favorite button.

A Firefox update does not impact Thunderbird. The two programs are independent from each other.
