Need the icons on the "New Tab" to be restored to the original size

My FireFox Browser just updated & instead of having the big beautiful icons on the New Tab page, there are tiny, indecipherable ones instead. I have a 29" monitor, not a cell phone here. I like things that I can see well, not things that I have to strain my 50 yr. old eyes to see! Please CHANGE THIS BACK! Loved the one I had, this is NOT a change for the better!

Hi, goto about:config and double click on these booleans: browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.aboutHome.enabled browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.enabled to set them to false, this will restore your old new tab page.

MkII, OP asked to simply increase the size of the tiles on the Activity Stream page not disable it entirely.

OP, you can increase the zoom size in the New Tab page to your liking using Ctrl +/-
