I lost my tool bar on the top of my e-mail screen. I can't get into my address book or add new contacts. What can I do to get this corrected ?

I lost my tool bar that was across the top of my e-mail screen. I can't get into my address book or add new contacts. What can I do to correct this? I was always able to get into tools and the get into my address book. That has totally disappeared.

Press Alt or F10 to restore the menu bar in case it's hidden. Then View - Toolbars Check 'Mail Toolbar'.
