When I type in to the URL bar "www.google.com" the refresh circle comes up for a second then dissapears and nothing happens.
It also happens with other websites but I connect to sites such as: www.artix.com, this one obviously, www.opera.com, www.yahoo.com (I hate yahoo though), bing.com, ect. But mozilla.org and www.google.com and a select few other sites when I type them in and press enter nothing happens. I have even tried to search them up on bing or yahoo and when i click the link again, nothing. Any solutions???

The System Details list next to the question shows that you run an older Firefox 45.3.0 version that is no longer supported with security updates. Always update Firefox and Add-ons to the latest versions to get all security fixes.
Can't you run a more recent Firefox version (52 ESR or 54)?
Verify that you meet the System Requirements (GTK+ and GLib) for the current Firefox release.

You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks and history and cookies and passwords and cache and exceptions, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.
If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.
Try to disable IPv6 (check for other possible causes as well).
