You can create an e-mail "list" in your address book and add those people to the list. Then when you send the e-mail, put in the name of that list. How to create and use mailing lists on Thunderbird

You have to keep in mind, though, that some e-mail servers may treat an e-mail that is sent to many people at once, as spam.
