"right click" menu keeps opening when using "left click"
When clicking items with the "left click", the "right click menu box" keeps opening up. Adjusted mouse settings etc. Still having issues.

Can you try another mouse in case there is a problem with the mouse you currently use?
Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen or hold down the Shift key) to see if that has effect.

Is this just with Firefox? Always? Sometimes?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).
Is the problem still there?
Thank you for getting back to me. I tried it in the "safe mode" and it still does it. It happens pretty much all of the time when using the left click button to open links, to where I'm trying to find a solution... It started a few weeks ago.
