forgotten password and have changed computer how to retrieve my password?

Hi, my mothers PC has just crashed and so I have just brought her a new laptop. We are just installing Thurderbird back onto the machine, however she can't remember any of her details i.e. password or username, for the e-mail account and its her work's e-mail account so she needs to access it ASAP.

Anyone know how she can get her details?

All that is administered with your email provider. You need to ask them. Username is usually the email address so not sure how you forget that?
