I don't know if it would help but the same problem goes with Chrome. I already tried opening FF without any extensions but it won't seem to help me fix the problem

Can you try another mouse in case there is a problem with the mouse you currently use?

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect in case of a problem with the mouse driver.
