This does not sound like an issue about Firefox, but hopefully I can help.

I recommend you contact the site or service that you are trying to use and either register again, or contact them and arrange to get your registration corrected.

If this is in respect of the Firefox Sync service, all you need to go is set up a new Sync account and make sure that the new details are applied to both copies of Firefox that you are using Sync with.

I note that you are using an old copy of Firefox. You can read more about how to update Firefox for Android here.
