photo's won't upload on Facebook

When I try to upload photo's from my HD onto my Facebook page the box appears for the upload photo but nothing happens,, alos when I try to upload photo's to my Flickr account the images keep failing to load..

Consequently I use Opera to load photo's onto my Facebook and Flickr pages.

I have followed all the advice given in this forum but nothing solves the problem.

Firefox is the only browser with which I have this photo upload problem, otherwise I like Firefox, but if this continues I will ditch it.

I am having very similar problems -- began suddenly today. Seems to be taking a long time, and then an error message appears. Works fine on Edge. Have tried a number of the suggestions, including refreshing and checking config -- no difference.

hi, are you running "trusteer" software on your device by chance? it has been identified as a cause for many upload issues recently... see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1102907 for example.

Yes I do run Trusteer so that is the 'odd man out' between Firefox and my other browser 'Opera' which uploads my images perfectly.
