
I am unable to log into my acct, after switching to a new PC
I have recently purchased a new PC with Windows 10. I am unable to log into my Thunderbird acct and I am not receiving any emails with help for password and username confirmation. Isn't there a phone number for someone that I can talk to directly about this issue? I really need to get in ASAP. Thanks

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account so you sure do not log into it. You provide your username and password to your email providers server when asked for it. Maybe you need to go to your providers webmail page and make sure you can log in there. You could also check your mail there while sorting out your issues. There is no staffed help desk for free software.
