We are using two different email servers and i have added both servers LDAP details in thunderbird.I am just curious how to add emails from both addressbook ?

Open a new Write message. Make sure the 'Contacts Sidebar' is enabled. 'View' > select 'Contacts Sidebar' or toggle the view using f9 key.

Select the address book name to show contacts. select the contact and click on 'Addto TO' button or other options.

you can also use drag and drop to copy a contact from Contact sidebar into a TO field.

then select another address book and repeat.

We have two different email servers ( Linux based) and what i am trying here is to as i type contacts in new mail then can it use both LDAP address book or there is any fast to switch between two address book ?
