I want to enable browser access to clipboard with latest version of firefox in linux, but it seems customizations under user profile .mozilla w/ user.js removed

In the past it appeared you could create a user.js file under the user profile in .mozilla. Here very custom customizations where possible. I want to create a rule that would allow only explicitly defined site to access the clipboard such as microsoft word app.

Yes ctrl-{xcv} provide some functionality here but its buggy.
