Hi, try working through Adobe Flash plugin has crashed - Prevent it from happening again, and see if anything there helps.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

Adobe says:

1.Try disabling hardware acceleration. Right-click the Flash Player logo below, choose Settings from the context menu. Deselect Enable Hardware Acceleration (on the Display tab), then and click Close.

However, there is no Enable Hardware Acceleration choice. So I do not know where to go from there. I am using Windows 8. Thanks, Mike

Are you clicking on the correct flash logo to get to the flash settings option? The one in this picture?

Alternatively, you can click on a flash game or video to get the same settings menu item. There should be a disable hardware acceleration in the window that pops up from clicking that setting. If there is not, can you take a screenshot and show us what you're seeing? That should be helpful.

See How do I create a screenshot of my problem? for help creating/uploading a screenshot, if necessary.
