Begin using Firefox on my macbook to login to my OWA to be able to send attachments. I was using Chrome but for some reason wasn't able to send attachments with Chrome. Firefox Worked great for several weeks. But now I'm not able to login to my OWA email account. I'm using the correct user name and password. Please help. thanks. Randy

This issue can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are blocked.

Clear the cache and remove cookies only from websites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
