I want to send a Care2 birthday card TODAY to a Facebook friend. I don't have her email address, so I tried using the Send by Facebook, but it won't work, even though it shows that Care2 is connected to Facebook. Is it a browser problem?

Hi JacquelineGreene,

What happens when you try to send the card? Is there an error message?

Can you try it using a different browser? (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome)

Everything on my computer is set up to work with Mozilla Firefox, and it seems as though Care2 ecards should be able to work with it also. I can't see changing my browser system just for this. I guess I don't know how to do that on a task-by-task basis. But thank you for your response.
