Firefox crashes

Firefoxを使用中に突然終了してしまい、セーフモードで起動するか、Firefoxのリフレッシュをするか 選択するメッセージが出たのでセーフモードを選びましたが起動しませんでした。 Firefoxのリフレッシュをしても起動せず、何度試してもクラッシュレポートが出てきます。 再起動しても変わらず、アンインストールして再度ダウンロードしても同じ状態になりました。 プラグインの更新はしましたがウィンドウズのアップデートは途中で固まってしまって できなかったので出来ていません。（自動更新は時々されています） よろしくお願いします。

- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.
