Trying to download large 660m file from MS. My downloads always die at the same size. I have no security or anti.x running. Please help

I've been trying to download Large (660M) files from MS site. I have no security or antivirus programs running. My downloads always die at the same interval. I let MS remote into my PC and they told me to contact Mozilla as they believe it's a browser issue??

I would greatly appreciate any assistance.
