Can't reset useranget items(Don't have Blingee), what to do?

My problem is similar to the one in that link there, I am trying to use Pandora but there are words blocking the buttons saying that my browser is out of date or doesn't support SSL/TLS I've found that this may be solved by reseting the useragent but the 'reset' is greyed out so I can't do that In that link they said it may be Blingee but I searched on my laptop I don't see it anywhere

That sounds OK.
You can remove all data stored in Firefox from a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History > Show All History" or "View > Sidebar > History") or via the about:permissions page.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious and if you have a password or other data from that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.
You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of the involved files.
It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

Do you have any general.useragent prefs apart from general.useragent.locale and general.useragent.compatMode.firefox?
You can also check the network.http and security.tls.* prefs.
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.
I have the general.useragent.site_specific_overrides I have a ton of the network.http things and three security.tls things? I'm not very good with all this sorry
What matters is if there are prefs that I mentioned that show user set (bold). The user agent will normally only be affected if the is a general.useragent.override pref.
What are the values of the security.tls.version.max (default 3) and security.tls.version.min (default 1) prefs?
Secuity.tls.version.max is at 3 still and min is still 1 I've never even known about all this so they shouldn't be changed
Anything unusual or errors reported if you check your browser?
Using the link you gave in your last response it says my user agent has good protocol support and it's not vulnerable (I'm sorry if the rest below this are useless information I really don't know anything about this stuff) Scrolling down in that protocol features the very first one is green (TLS 1.2) and says yes Four cipher suites are weak and yellow-orange too Protocol details says TLS compression says no and is green too S SL 2 handshake compatibility green and says no Mixed content handling very first item (images) is passive and the 'Yes' is yellow

Ahh thank you! :) I did the 'Forget about this page' on Pandora and relogged in and the words were no longer blocking the little bar No idea why that worked or why it even started doing that but at least it's fixed now!
