Using Firevox 142.0.1 on a MacBook Air. I always have "Always ask you where to save files" checked in Preferences, but lately it sometimes fails to ask me. For example, if I try to download a file from Google Drive. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there something I can do about it?

I have been trying for WEEKS NOW to sign into my bank! The bank can use a TEMPORARY password to access my account but once that's over, when I try to log into my bank I STILL CANNOT LOG IN!!!!!!!!!! WTF has happend to Firefox after that last "update" what ever it was they changed, made it IMPOSSIBLE for me to log into my BANK. The problem is NOT the bank it's FIREFOX & FIREFOX NEEDS TO FIX THIS CONNECTIVITY PROBLEM SOON IF NOT SOONER!

If you go to americangreetings.com, then click on the latest greeting card with ROB LOWE, enter info and then check if everything is OK. When you try to play it, it only plays his voice and there is NO PICTURE AT ALL. Other card will work, but not this one. WHY? It works fine on other browsers I have, but not on FIREFOX! I am receiving pop-up messages indicating CRITICAL ERROR! and "Click here to remove them!" followed by a URL ending with velonexa.com They appear as though they are from Mozilla, but we know better. I try to close the window and, of course, without clicking the url or the Dismiss button, but they keep reappearing. There are three stacked windows, constantly appearing as the pop-up windows are closed. Any thoughts or recommendations to eliminate? I've tried shutting down and rebooting. Pretty confident these are not from you. They are also always on top. I try to do a screen capture or print screen and i only capture what is behind them.

I know this is not generated by Mozilla, but thought you should at least be aware of them.

While using Yahoo news comment editor to enter a comment: the screen will frequently reset with a flash and some of what I was typing will disappear and the cursor goes to default position.

Facebook simply isn't loading in Firefox anymore - it loads in Edge on my PC just fine and on my Mobile Android Browser .

I've tried disabling all extensions, and clearing cache and cookies, but Facebook still refuses to load and returns the message, attached.

I'm setting up a new computer, (Windows 11). Currently on a home WIFI network, in UTAH, with another computer, (windows 10). Very soon the new computer will be moving to my retirement home, in Nevada, on a new WIFI network.

Basically, How can I import Firefox bookmarks from another computer that is on the same WIFI network?

I accidentally disliked a thought-provoking story which involved the couple who died in the Lisbon funicular crash (as of Saturday 6th September 2025), which I think was addressed by The Independent.

Is it possible to reverse the dislike? The story does not seem to appear again, at least from what I have seen. Although the dislike was accidental, I felt that having the story disliked would indicate I would not be interested in thought-provoking stories about those who have died, even though these stories should be important to show.

I am unable to sign into my own web page. Initially the web host welcomes me. When I click on "open cPanel" i am taken to a sign-in page. I can sign in to my web page using Safari. You can help by solving this problem for me.

Recently an update made it to where closing a tab group no longer works. It closes MOST of the tab group, leaving the last used one active along with a number to the right such as "+3" to show there are three more tabs hidden. This completely defeats the purpose of being able to close the tab group in the first place. In order to get around this, you have to click another tab to make it active and only then will the tab group you tried to close, actually close. Is there a way to disable this behavior so that closing tab groups actually works?

Assuming there is no fix, how can I downgrade to a previous version without losing all my settings, bookmarks, etc? Can I just uninstall the broken version and install the older version?

Last week we lost the progress bar at the bottom of videos on Prime Video. When I cursor over the bar it returns Infinity:NaN:NaN. Switching to MS Edge and the progress bar appears as normal. I get the same results in Firefox on both my PC and Laptop. I have updated and reinstalled Firefox to the lastest version. I have NOT added any new extensions in the last year.
