Hi Carl, what kind of device are you trying to download onto?

For iOS (iPhone/iPad), you normally install from the Apple AppStore.

For Windows/Mac/Linux, you can use the main site at: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/desktop-release/

If you get an error message, what does it say?
