Tabs with no shadow

I have just updated to Firefox 89 and really like the design, but there's no shadow on the active tab? On my work machine there is.

Is that a bug? I have tried to reset Firefox, but I can't get the shadow to show.

They are both locked in to the same account and have the same theme, extensions and settings.
