Nothing, it keeps giving me the same message. It was working perfectly the day before, today its showing the message

Please post your Troubleshooting Information. At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button , then select Help > Troubleshooting Information. Press the "Copy text to clipboard button" and paste the information into your reply.

The program does not open, it gives the message when executing the program. I wonder if it will help if I uninstall it and reinstall it, but I'm afraid all the emails will be lost.
