Must keep putting in passworf for security device
Why must I keep having to put password in for master security--do I need to drop firefox and go a more simple browser
Chosen solution
I see that you have the Master Password+ extension installed.
Did you check the settings in that extension to make sure that it isn't causing this problem?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (3-bar Menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: 3-bar Menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

No need to drop Firefox. It is up to you to decide whether to use a master password. On a related subject you will choose whether to use a password when you use Windows Vista.
If you are the only person that uses the Computer and do not worry about someone logging in as you then no need to use the password.
